Accepting Your offer

How to accept your offer

See the acceptance process outlined below. Following this process and correctly completing the required forms will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of your acceptance and the issuing of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

You can accept a conditional offer by providing evidence of meeting all conditions together with your completed acceptance.

Step 1 – Offer of Admission

Log in to the Applicant Portal to accept your Offer of Admission. Make sure your personal details, especially your name, date of birth, and passport number, match exactly with the information in your passport. You will need to upload a scanned copy of both the personal ID page and signature page of your passport.

If you are working with an education agent, they may assist you in reviewing and completing this step to ensure everything is submitted correctly.

If you have a conditional offer, the conditions outlined in your Offer of Admissions must be fully met prior to acceptance (if any).

Step 2 – Payment of fees

Payment can be made in the Applicant Portal of the Application System via the College’s preferred online payment provider, Flywire. Flywire is a secure international payment platform method that supports multiple currencies and ensures faster processing times.

Please review the College’s Refund Policy.

Step 3 – Student visa application preparation

If you are an international student, you will need to apply for a student visa to study in Australia. After accepting your offer and paying your tuition fees, you can begin preparing your student visa application. You may contact your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate , or visit the Department of Home Affairs website to understand current visa requirements, documentation and processing times to be prepared ahead of time.

Step 4 – Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Once your acceptance and payment are confirmed, the College will issue your CoE. This official document will be emailed to you or your nominated agent. It confirms your enrolment and includes key details required for your visa application, such as program dates, duration, and total fees paid.

Apply for visa

After receiving your CoE, you can now lodge your student visa application through ImmiAccount, the official online portal managed by the Department of Home Affairs.

If applying via an agent, they will assist you with this process. To do this, your nominated agent or representative will need to create an ImmiAccount.
